Our options focus on rooms for approximately 3–4 people. We confirm the actual room, furnishings, available services and lease terms before you commit.
Applying for a visa through your company?
For ShenzhenJitu’s company-and-visa service, you must have at least a one-year formal lease agreement with an approved serviced office provider. We check the premises and supporting documentation for your application. A lease supports the process; it does not itself guarantee work permit or visa approval.
Prices below are starting monthly rates. Room size, availability, deposits, utilities, included facilities and applicable taxes are confirmed in your quotation. A monthly rate does not mean a month-to-month lease.
